Improved logging.

You can now add movies directly from the Mac to the conversion queue

Simplifies vlc config, so should reduce some system warnings.

This means you'll have to approve VLC Streamer to access your keychain once more (to get stored passwords).

There is no real advantage to upgrading at the moment if everything is working for you, but it will work better for new users.
