New Setup Helper
This new version runs as a service rather than an application. This means it runs for all users, and can run when you are logged off or the screen is locked.

- Download and run the installer (link above)
- When it has run, you can set a password for your connection and enable Off Helper
- That's it!
If you ever want to change the password in the future, simply launch the off helper from your start menu.
