The pairing server is now fixed and working normally.

Set up iTunes Remote Helper for your computer.
It only takes a couple of steps to let you use iTunes Remote.
1) Download the Setup Helper

3) Run the Remote Helper
Click on the 'Setup Pairing' button and follow the instructions.
If you use the default firewall on your system, then the helper will configure that correctly.
If you use your own firewall application, then you'll need to make sure it allows iTunes Remote to communicate through the firewall
4) That's It!
By now, you should be able to control iTunes from your Pre.
